This website is dedicated to the St.Helens City Growth Strategy (CGS).
The original, ground-breaking 10-year St.Helens CGS launched in 2003 has been replaced after just 5 years by a new comprehensively revised Strategy. This is primarily because of the rapid and exponential positive progress we have made with project delivery.
The new 2008-2018 St.Helens CGS contains 90 projects with a collective value of £1.86 billion.
